UPDATE 12/30/25: Why suddenly blame the Jews? Actually, it’s nothing sudden but as old as recorded history going back thousands of years. This miniscule sliver of humanity-hardworking, literate, talented, disproportionately successful-are the stubborn survivors of millennia of scapegoating, and this is just the latest hateful response from the disgruntled, envious and empty who will always be with us.
Coming out of the dark tunnel of BrandonWorld (2020-2024), MAGA has provided the light at that dark tunnel’s end of reborn American principles that provides the most reliable blue print ever imagined and realized for a healthy, prosperous, free, just society. Those fully grounded in those principles are staying the course and will continue to be the MAGA base, the real hope for the future. Unfortunately, this movement, seemingly so unified upon Trump’s triumphant return only a year ago, is in the midst of fracturing, thanks to several prominent MAGA personalities who have now outed themselves as calculating political opportunists and powermongers of the worst sort. There is always power to be obtained from the ranks of the miserable and disgruntled which the Left has never made any pretense of exploiting. Hiding behind the mask of professed conservatism, these rightwing demagogues have sought out and captured the unmoored and hollow in their own ranks (and from whatever ideology-Left/Right/Center they can entice) and provided the old convenient scapegoat for them to blame for whatever ails them. How else to explain and characterize the anti-Israel, antisemitic rhetoric of Candace Owens, Tucker Carlson and small-fry racist Nick Fuentes? It remains to be seen just how big a following they have actually attracted.
UPDATE 12/28/25: Tucker Carlson’s well documented antisemitism is the elephant in the room for the Conservative web. In this interview with Josh Hammer, Carlson and Megyn Kelly come off badly.
UPDATE 12/31/25: The damage done during Biden’s dismal tenure leaves a post-Presidential stench distinctive from that offered up by his distinguished Dem contemporaries. It is not the strangely silent, lethal presence of an Obama, the calculating, cumbersome ham-handedness of a Hillary, the vicious, snarling witchy hatred of a Pelosi, the palpable, undisguised sleaze of a Newsom. His is the cheap, overpowering after shave that follows around a small-town, big-talking hustler.
