Word has it that Stalinist NY AG Letitia James and her stooges are now “hunting down” those members of the NY Fire Department who booed her. UPDATE 1/13/24: If the FBI has become a vicious dog that that now exerts mastery and control over its master (American citizens), what better example is there than NY Mayor Adams bad-mouthing BrandonWorld’s open borders and suddenly finding his chief fundraiser’s home raided by the FBI?

UPDATE 1/4/24: Like the Hollywood Oscars and Sweden’s Nobel Prizes, the honor of a British Commonwealth knighthood has been gutted of all significance, status or prestige with the choice of New Zealand Covid tyrant Jacinda Ardern for damehood in Bonnie King Charlie’s’ Birthday Honors List last June. Rather than praise or honors, this woman should be hiding out the remainder of her days in disgrace. Recall this is the wannabe dictator during Covid who announced to her Kiwi subjects that her administration would henceforth be “your single source of truth” and that all other sources were to be discounted if not severely punished. Furthermore, she was gleefully in the process of creating an apartheid society to punish uncooperative citizens refusing the Covid vaccine.

Yep, yep. That is what it is. When they say they’re going to use force on you, believe them.

That may have been one draconian measure too far, and she suddenly “stepped down” rather than face almost certain rejection by angry voters. To the dismay of all decent folk, she has retroactively been declared a hero and has fittingly joined the faculty of a certain prestigious university recently exposed as a veritable Woke bastion of  antisemitism and amorality. That perfect new landing spot for this smiley, toothy tyrant is Harvard!

UPDATE 12/15/23: Projection on steroids: the Left and its delusional fellow travelers in Hollywood and cheaper environs are bracing themselves for an assured Trump “dictatorship” beginning January, 2025...which apparently is a new idea for him and will take a whole second term to accomplish. Meanwhile, sensible, grounded, self-reliant people yearn for the good life enjoyed between 2016 and 2020.

Somehow about-to-be-ex-pat-well-maybe-not Barbra lived quite safely and profitably through his warm-up reign of terror (and fake Russian dossier farce and frivolous impeachments and a stolen election and endless legal persecutions and even a private home invasion greenlighted by her Happiness-Thing Called Joe) the first time ’round. 

UPDATE 10/29/23: Amy Klobuchar’s recent legislative crusade to censor “Alexa” is a reminder of the mostly-forgotten Minnesota Mean dragon lady, another nasty prog with an inner totalitarian dying to get out. The Klob, as we fondly called her during her 15 minutes of notoriety, is an onomatopoetic handle for one of the coldest fish ever to haunt the fetid Dem swamp, ideal “Presidential material” according to the Democratic Party. In fact, she is one more unwashed CongressCamel welcomed into the Donkey tent alongside the likes of Tlaib and Amy’s “nice neighbor” Omar.

UPDATE 10/4/23: If ever there was blatant projection of one’s own weaknesses and sins, Mark Milley’s valedictory marinated in Trump hate is it. His two major claims to fame are his incomparably disastrous departure from Afghanistan and secretly promising his ChiCom counterparts that he would notify them of any plan for attack ordered by the Commander-in-Chief he despises. He would indeed, in times gone by, be considered a traitor bound for the gallows. These days he’s just a dime-a-dozen, cardboard cut-out tool of the Democrat/Deep State, a sad loser soon to be easily forgotten.

UPDATE 9/13/23: Nothing defines a tyrant better than one excited about controlling others. Most of us have internalized the Ten Commandments and a host of other reasonable shoulds & shouldn’ts and do not find being fair and decent without external coercion much of a stretch.

The Governor of New Mexico has just decided the Constitution is “not absolute;” and being a Leftist with some power has amazingly ordered an American Western state full of gun owners to put those nasty things away in the safe at home or she’ll punish them. After all, she is God, she is The Law. Tyranny of this sort is no longer a bad Wonderland fantasy but the endgame being played out by those in politics for whom control is all, pretending to be “for the good.”

UPDATE 9/5/21: The insatiable hunger that tyrants have for absolute power is as old as flawed humanity. More often than not, it is rationalized in the name of “progress,” “safety,” “the common good,” or just the most prevalent “People don’t know what’s good for them.” Honorable politicians and true leaders simply clear the way, not control. Those on the Left  presently turning the world into one big forest fire do not fall into the latter category.

UPDATE 8/27/21: A growing demographic of totalitarian tyrants has emerged in this age of Covid, prominent among them the PM of New Zealand, Jacinda Ardern and her fanatic, absolute Zero Covid approach currently strangling Australia and borrowed from Red China. all with disastrous results. As of this week, Australian officialdom is reconsidering the destructive folly of this Groundhog Day travesty. 

Perhaps they might simply treat those seriously ill while allowing herd immunity to immunize the general population. Why ruin millions of lives on the pretext of saving a relative handful? That is a rhetorical question posed on the laughably flimsy assumption that most politicians really care about safety, medicine/science and the public welfare. 

Ardern’s latest foray into control freakdom is locking down her entire country over ONE reported Covid case. For some places, that will mean 3 days, in others a week. As more “cases” inevitably pop up and the media scream “Fire!”, this political game of corralling whole healthy  populations will continue indefinitely. Why not 8 days? A month? A year?! In between, there will be yet more (ineffectual) “vaccines” and boosters to the boosters of yet more “vaccines.” And masks. And more lockdowns. And more vaccines.

If you can exercise total control of normal, healthy, free human life for this “good reason,” why not the next time for another “good reason?” To quote her on the subject of Covid (no, it’s not Big Brother from 1984): “Dismiss anything else. We will continue to be your single source of truth.” 

Orwell’s Big Brother couldn’t have stated things more honestly.
