FAUCI and the curse of the “EXPERTS”
UPDATE 4/13/24: The Pope, a confirmed Leftist all his life, has recently come out strongly reaffirming Catholic orthodoxy that the Left doesn’t like, particularly a sound rejection of abortion and gender bending. Some are taken aback at these statements coming from a special Progressive darling, but being hard Left while simultaneously professing Christian devotion is nothing new. Think of Jane Fonda and her trendy, born-again status or any of the hyper-Leftist liberation theology.
Perhaps the best explanation for such a paradox as Leftwing Christianity is that a few holy rolling comments conveniently provide a moral veneer that hides the most immoral, widely destructive ideology of the last century. These same “Christians” go so far as to co-opt Jesus Himself as a socialist. After all, aren’t the Dems the Party of The People?
There are now frequent reports that the Pope is seriously ill, so contemplating death may have led him to put his own moral house in order before shaking off his mortal coil.
UPDATE 4/9/24: There’s no bad deed this decrepit old wretch wants to leave undone before he heads deep south to the warmer climes of the afterlife.
UPDATE 4/10/24: A “tribute to the insight and longevity of Gloria Steinem” on a staunchly conservative site was immediate click bait for this curious member of the “patriarchy.” As it turns out, the article simply expresses wonder at why and how Gloria’s own special hypocritical con has endured. It has to grate on a lifelong, well-documented fraud like her that there are actually millions of women who have made dazzling careers and/or have raised great families without blaming men for their inadequacies or pretending they’re useless (comparable, in Phony Glo’s estimation, to a bicycle’s value for fish). Such traitors to the feminist cause are of little use to wannabe women like Steinem and her grousing klatch of admirers and imitators.
Some fish find a bicycle useful, even indispensable.

Such a special almost-human confection is the incomparable Sheila Jackson Lee, here revived and celebrated once again (thanks to recent astronomical musings on The Sun and The Moon) for living up to that unmatchable assessment of her intellectual assets: “dumber than a bunch of rocks caught in the hubcaps of a slow bus going the wrong way on a one- way street in the middle of a flood.”
Her authoritative grasp of astronomy has not been limited to just the sun and the moon.
